Biography - Town Clerk Kelly Bilodeau

Kelly Bilodeau was appointed as the Town Clerk/Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Town of East Hartford in December of 2023.

Kelly served as the Town Clerk of East Hampton for 5 years prior to working for East Hartford.

She completed over 20 years of service for the City of Hartford and achieved the position of Assistant Town Clerk before her departure in 2018.

Kelly attained her Connecticut Certified Town Clerk designation in 2013 and Certified Municipal Clerk designation in 2018.
